St.Marybourne, Hampshire

This project features 3cm Blue Dunes stone in a leathered finish, bringing out the natural movement of the material while giving it a softer, more tactile feel. The texture was a must with all of the quirks in this underground space. A clean chamfer edge detail finishes the worktops off nicely, adding just enough detail without overcomplicating the look.

The stone sits within a fully bespoke walnut wine cellar, creating a warm, moody space built around natural materials. Being located underground, access was tight and the install came with its challenges, requiring careful handling and experience to get everything in place. The end result is a great example of craftsmanship and planning coming together to deliver a unique, well-executed space.
